Five Azerbaijani citizens, who study in China, quarantined - OFFICIAL

Press services of the Ministry of Health and State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance have jointly released information, the Ministry told ONA.

According to the information, 5 persons have been hospitalized in the Infectious Diseases Department of Clinical Medicine Center today.

One of them is an Azerbaijani citizen (1993), who studies in China. Student’s temperature is normal, he does not have any complaint, will be examined until end of quarantine period.

The second person (1992) is an Azerbaijani citizen, studying in Beijing. He has arrived with his wife, born in 1993. They have no complaints. Both of them will be examined by doctors.

An Azerbaijani citizen (1998), who studies in China, had higher temperature than normal while passing through border checkpoints. He is being controlled by doctors now, provided with necessary assistance.

Temperature of another hospitalized Azerbaijani (1998), who studies in China, is normal, the citizen does not have any complaint. The citizen will be examined until end of quarantine period.

Temperature of an Azerbaijani citizen (1997), who studies in Beijing, is normal, she has no complaint.

The persons mentioned above, have arrived in Azerbaijan from Istanbul and Moscow by transit airlines.

When it comes to the Chinese citizen, who studies in Baku, he is released from hospital as his quarantine period has ended. He does not have any health problem.
