Croatia Economy Chamber’s VP: “Baku Business Forum to expand bilateral cooperation”

Trade turnover between Croatia and Azerbaijan amounts to $405 million, Tomislav Radoš, Vice-President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, said at the Azerbaijan-Croatia Business Forum in Baku, ONA reports.

Despite that this figure has increased over recent years, it is still far below the desired level, according to him.

“The number of products we import from Azerbaijan has increased. We want Azerbaijani and Croatian companies to work closely so that we can further expand our cooperation. There are great opportunities in pharmaceuticals, ICT, and agriculture, as well as the chemical industry, mechanization of agriculture, mechanical engineering and tourism,” Radoš said.

The Croatian Economy Chamber’s official also noted that the Business Forum in Baku will further expand bilateral cooperation.
