Azerbaijan has achieved remarkable results over 25 years by using energy resources, improving national economic development and improving the lives of its citizens, said Iranian Deputy Minister of Petroleum for International Affairs Amir Hussein Zamaninia, at 26th International Caspian Oil and Gas Conference held in Baku, ONA reports.
According to the report, at the same time, Azerbaijan has done a lot of works in the diversification of energy supplies.
“The future views of both Azerbaijan and the energy leaders at today's energy conference show that they want to do more through regional cooperation and synergies”- Amir Hussein Zamaninia added.
The deputy minister also noted that at present, Iran is under great pressure, and the reasons for this are not clear to Iran, to European, as well as to Asian countries, MAGATE and others.
“The International Atomic Energy Agency has prepared and approved various reports, and Iran has fulfilled its commitments in this area. As you know, the civilization and history of Iranians are much deeper than the existence of the United States. We will cope with this situation. They thought that Iran's oil exports would be zero and the regime would change in a short period of time. Misconceptions and disinformation come from Washington. Our oil exports are not zero, we have already created the market. It's an absolutely legal market, but it's not as transparent as we want it to be”- the deputy minister added.
