Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) and other airlines plan to launch more than 40 charter flights from the UK to Baku in order to meet the demand for flights on the final game of the Europa League final 2018/19 season to be held in Baku on May 29, AZAL president's public relations assistant Pasha Kasamanski told ONA.
According to him, all services of Heydar Aliyev International Airport will work in the intensified schedule. All conditions will be created for the smooth transfer of a huge amount of passengers at all terminals.
It should be noted that two London teams – Arsenal and Chelsea will meet within the final game of Europa League to be held in Baku. It is expected 30-35 thousand fans will attend the match.
