“Shareholders of the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) will receive income of USD 1,45 bln. from TANAP’s activity every year”, said General Manager of the TANAP Saltuk Duzyol in the press conference held in Istanbul, ONA reports.
According to him, 58% of the income will fall to share of Azerbaijan.
S. Duzyol also stated that TANAP’s putting into operation would increase volume of gas transportation between Azerbaijan and Turkey and decrease Turkey’s dependence on Russia’s gas further more.
He noted that Turkey government had been paid USD 16 065 mln. within framework of TANAP’s activity (from gas transportation - USD 5,95 for ever c/m of gas) so far.
