“Thanks to the leadership of the President, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the heroism of the Azerbaijani Army on the battlefield, the Azerbaijani Army achieved great victories, Armenia was obliged to sign an act of capitulation,” said Commander of the First Army Corps, Major General Hikmet Hasanov regarding the newly established modular military units, ONA's local bureau reports.
H. Hasanov said that after victory there emerged the necessity of deployment of troops in the liberated territories from the occupation: “Bases, residential complexes have been established in this regard. Construction works are being continued in this field. Residential complexes cover recreation of personnel, organizing their leisure time, medical supply, all types of material and technical support. Gas, water and electricity lines are being re-laid to military units in the liberated territories from the occupation. Enough work has been done in this field too.
This ensures that the Azerbaijani soldier is engaged in more effective, excellent combat training. All conditions have been created here for our soldiers. These are the manifestations of our Victory. We wish God's mercy to our brothers and sisters who were martyred during the war leading to this victory and healing to our veterans. All this is a clear example of the attention and care of the President, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, and the First Vice-President to the Army. In this regard, 90 percent of our troops have already been provided with modern residential complexes, and this work is being carried out systematically, in stages, and consistently."
