“The recent armament of Armenia seriously concerns the Azerbaijani wide public and state”, said today Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, ONA reports.
H. Hajiyev said this issue has also been raised by President Ilham Aliyev with the Russian President: “The transportation of cargoes from Russia is being implemented in various directions and this concerns our wide community. The explanation of the Russian side doesn’t satisfy us fully. We expect that the clarity would be lent to the grounds on which the intensive armament of Armenia is continued. Armenia showed during Tovuz incidents that it continues its occupational policy. The response saying as if the aircrafts were carrying construction materials doesn’t satisfy us. The construction materials might also be transported through other routes”.
