The Armenian delegation abusing the procedure rules tried to prevent the Chairman of the Azerbaijani Community of the Nagorno Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Tural Ganjaliyev's speech during the Humanitarian Issues and Other Commitments session of OSCE's The Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM) 2019 held on September 20 in Warsaw, which also discussed the rights of refugees and internally displaced persons, ONA reports.
The Armenian representative claimed that Mr Ganjaliyev's registration for participation in the meeting was unclear and demanded not to give him the right to deliver a speech.
After an explanation of the Azerbaijani delegation and clarification of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR)for the OSCE as an organizer, to the Armenian delegation, Tural Ganjaliyev again continued his speech. However, despite the explanation, the Armenian representative tried to prevent T. Ganjaliyev's speech for the second time and this attempt also failed. The moderator of the session saying T. Ganjaliyev was registered as the head of the Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region gave the floor to Mr Ganjaliyev. Mr Ganjaliyev exposed the Armenians with convincing facts and said that they were invaders and always trying to deceive international organizations.
