The Azerbaijani and Armenian authorities are interested in the recent agreements on Karabakh not to remain on paper, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference following a meeting with his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic, ONA reports.
Lavrov said he has reason to believe that "both Baku and Yerevan are interested in these agreements not to remain on paper.".
The minister assured that Moscow intends to assist in the implementation of these agreements.
The regular meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia was held in Moscow on April 15.
