“As a personally involved person in the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, I want Armenia to name a specific argument on what it has achieved from this conflict,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at panel discussions organized within the 5th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in Baku, ONA reports.
He said that the conflict can never provide sustainable development.
“There is a great migration wave in Armenia in recent years. The people do not believe in Armenia's future.”
“The most intelligent people leave the country. Has any diaspora member, saying they support Armenia, returned back? The economy cannot be built on diaspora funds,” E. Mammadyarov said.
