The format of the negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict cannot be changed, the head of the Foreign Affairs Department at the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan,Hikmat Hajiyev told ONA.
According to him, negotiations are underway between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
H. Hajiyev noted that Azerbaijan has built very successful models of regional cooperation: “All serves not only the interests of Azerbaijan, but also the interests of our partners and neighbors. Here we can note transport corridors, energy projects. Armenia remains aloof from all these processes. If the current government of Armenia wants to participate in regional processes, it should withdraw its troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan and, civilized with the neighboring state, pursue a policy of good-neighborliness.”
