“We, together with mediators, have called on the Armenian community in Nagorno-Karabakh saying that we can co-exist with them in peace and we are sure that the Armenian community is aware of our calls and appeals,” Tural Ganjaliyev, Chairman of the “Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh” Public Union, told ONA.
He said the appeals were delivered through international organizations and foreign ambassadors in Azerbaijan.
“Representatives of international organizations also told us that the Armenian community is aware of the activities of our community. Unfortunately, there is no response.”
Tural Ganjaliyev said that the appeals were both in written form and conveyed verbally to the mediators.
“We have not sent a letter or an official appeal directly to the Armenian community, because this is physically impossible.”
