A high-level conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership Program is held in Brussels, ONA reports.
EU Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations Christian Danielsson, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker and Romanian PM Viorica Dăncilă will make speeches at the opening ceremony of the conference.
The conference will continue with the 1st-panel discussion titled “Achievements and Challenges in Delivering Concrete Results to Citizens”.
At the opening of panel discussions, Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy Johannes Hahn will deliver a speech. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is also expected to deliver a speech at the meeting.
Later, the 2nd-panel discussion titled “Future of the Eastern Partnership - Towards Stronger Economies, Governance, Connectivity, and Societies” will be held. At the opening of the panel discussions, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will deliver a speech.
It is expected to adopt a final statement at the end of the conference.
