“Azerbaijan is a strategic partner of Georgia. We have signed very important joint projects,” Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze said in response to a question related to energy cooperation between the two countries given by Ganira Pashayeva, a member of the Azerbaijani delegation at the spring session of the PACE.
“We have launched projects together as Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan. The implementation of the Southern Gas Corridor project continues. But I consider that we do not fully utilize all resources of the Caspian Sea and we can contribute more to energy security together,” he said.
