The extraordinary meeting of Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Turkic Council has ended in Baku, ONA reports.
The issues of identification of the Honored President status, the countries not being the members of the organization, as well as expansion of relations with international organizations have been discussed at the meeting.
The ways of solution of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Garabagh conflict have also been discussed at the meeting.
The heads of MFAs stressed importance of further expansion of economic cooperation relations between the member countries and strengthening of unity within the organization.
The new strategy entitled as “Turkic Council 2025” defining the prospects of development of the organization has also taken its place among the discussed issues.
The extraordinary meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of member states of Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking states (Turkic Council) is being held in Baku, ONA reports.
The meeting is attended by heads of MFAs of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary.
