“The participation of Armenian side is not considered in United Nations Forum on Public Services to be held in Baku on June 24-26,” Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev said at the press conference related to the Forum, ONA reports.
According to him, there is no reason for Armenia’s attendance in this meeting. “Because they do not have any sample of public services. On our part, no country has been restricted to attend the Forum. Because it is the international event of the United Nations. Our responsibility is to provide the security of the guests no matter what country they are. You have to register in advance for attendance. This kind of appeal by Armenia has not been registered."
Chairman of the Agency has stated that different states participate and present their models regarding public services every year for UN Public Service Forum beginning from 2003. However, the Armenian side has not managed to propose any real project in these years.
