The number of Azerbaijani pilgrims who applied in connection with the Hajj was 1,200, the Caucasus Muslim Board told ONA.
It is noted that the reception of documents continues.
It should be noted that this year a quota was allocated for 1,400 people from Azerbaijan to make the pilgrimage.
The CMB reported that the price of travel this year is 4285 US dollars. The high cost compared to last year is due to higher prices for hotels and services in Saudi Arabia.
Pilgrims will set off from August 1 to August 6, return from August 21 to 25. This year, as in the past, they will fly by airplanes.
