Noted that the document was prepared by the AFSA and presented to the Ministry of Justice and registered in the State Register of Legal Acts at the meeting dedicated to the implementation of the "Temporary Sanitary Standards and Regulations regarding Energy Drinks", which will come into force on January 1, 2020.

Note that, according to the mentioned rules, business entities engaged in the production of energy drinks in the country and import of them must organize their activities following the rules and regulations reflected in the document from January 1, 2020.

Additionally, noted that sale of energy drinks to people under 18 is banned with the mentioned document. So sale of such kinds of drinks will not be allowed in near areas of schools and kindergartens.
