"The whole restoration and rehabilitation process in the liberated territories can be divided into three main stages. "Our main goals are to reconstruct two city centers of Fuzuli and Agdam and 32 villages. At the first stage, about 66 thousand of our former internally displaced compatriots will be able to return to their new homes,” he said.
