“From April 27, ASAN Service Centers will provide more than 320 services to citizens,” said Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev at the press conference on the rules of operation of ASAN Service centers, ONA reports.
He said that simply in order to prevent mass gatherings citizens should take a queue in advance: "Opportunities created for this. Everybody can use "Asan xidmət" mobile app on smartphones. Citizens can take their queues at centers that they have chosen. They will come to centers and use the service without waiting. As well as, they can book their queues online through asan.gov.az website. A citizen can set the time for the next day. For the current day, the system sets the time automatically.
The third way is to call 108 Call Center for booking queues. Those who do not book a queue in advance will not be allowed to enter center."
U. Mehdiyev noted that taken measures are for citizens: " If 30,000 citizens were received per day in the past, but now it is unacceptable to receive so many people"
