State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (SAAAR) has responded to allegations of a road collapse in the village of Bibihebat, ONA reports.
Anar Najafli, the head of the press service of the SAAAR, told ONA that false and biased slanderous information about the leadership of the State Agency is disseminated on social media and on some news sites casts a shadow over the work of the State Highway Agency of Azerbaijan and deliberately misleads citizens.
He noted that for a more detailed study of the occurrence of a landslide and to find out what steps it would be advisable to take to prevent similar situations on the territory in the future, digging of experimental wells will begin in this area in the near future. “But in connection with the incident in some media, as well as in social networks, without going into the details of the incident, without investigating the reasons, without taking into account the opinions of experts, inaccurate, unprofessional information is being disseminated, unfounded accusations are being made regarding the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads. State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads asks the media not to disseminate such false and biased information among citizens,” he stressed.
