“Azerbaijan’s legislation on migration is noteworthy and the government has achieved great successes”, said Can Unver, head of the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families (CMW) ONA reports.
According to him, migration is one of the global problems today: “It certainly affects world states. Millions of people are moving from one country to another in order to live in better condition. However, they also face many problems after arrival in destination. This situation includes them in more sensitive groups. Unfortunately, they are not able to protect themselves in such an undesirable condition. The UN seriously attempts to solve the problems.”
