The schedule of trains will be changed in Baku Metro regarding start new academic year and end of summer, Baku Metro CJSC told ONA.
According to the train schedule approved by the order of the chairman of CJSC Zaur Huseynov, the number of trains will be increased, the movement will be tightened and as a result, interval will be reduced.
The minimum interval between trains will be 2 minutes in peak hours of working days in Hazi-Aslanov-28 May and the opposite direction with the schedule to be applied from September 14. In other hours of the day movement interval in the mentioned area will be 2,5 minutes, while towards the night when the passengers began to decline sharply the interval will be 3 minutes and more. Note that, busy movement in Baku metro continues from 7:30 to 9:30 in the mornings, while 17:30 to 9:30 in the evenings.
Note that according to the existing features of Baku metro lines from 28 May station where lines joined to Darnagul and Icharishahar directions and opposite the interval will be twice more.
