Erdogan: “We will be more powerful by being one nation, six states”

“Last day I attended to the 7th Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking Countries (Turkic Cuncil) held in Baku. We discussed both bilateral and regional issues in the meetings I held with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, Presidents of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, and Hungarian Prime Minister in the framework of my visit to Baku”, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in the Justice and Development Party's (AKP) group meeting, ONA reports.

Mentioning Uzbekistan’s being member of the Turkic Council recently, Erdogan noted that Hungary was observer in the 7th Summit of the Turkic Council held in Baku as it was in the previous year: “We were saying “one nation, two states” by this time. Last day I said we became one nation, five states from that time. We will be one nation and six states after Turkmenistan’s join us and will step together in the region by strengthening much more.”
