“People still suffer from conflicts and lose their lives. I tell this with all my sincerety that as a chairman whose tenure is over I don’t have a magic stick to solve conflicts”, Slovakia’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, OSCE’s acting Chairman Miroslav Lajčák said during his speech at the 26th meeting of OSCE Ministerial Council in Bratislava, ONA reports.
“However, I have a very strong belief that the efforts made by OSCE for solution of conflicts is indispensable”, - Miroslav Lajčák stressed.
And Slovakia’s Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini stated that OSCE still played certain role in making the region more stable and secure.
“Slovakia’s chairmanship showed that we want to make contribution to stability. People suffer from conflicts. We support the ways of political solution and dialogue”, - the Prime Minister noted.
