Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky after a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the start of work to expand the free trade agreement between Ukraine and Israel, ONA reports quoting Tellerreport.
“Our total trade turnover exceeded $ 1 billion. I have no doubt that this figure will increase significantly soon due to the signing of an agreement on free trade in goods between Ukraine and Israel, which I hope will be ratified by the Israeli side in the near future,” Zelensky quotes “112 Ukraine”.
He said that the parties "agreed without delay to begin work on expanding the agreement to the services sector."
Before flying to Kiev, Netanyahu announced his intention to discuss with Zelensky the creation of a free trade zone and a pension agreement.
